(“MSC”) to accelerate the growth of each business. MSC is a fast growing designer and distributor of innovative impulse and kitchenware products under the internationally recognized Joie brand. MSC’s products are highly complementary to Evriholder’s existing offering of impulse and houseware products. The combined business will distribute products for the home through over 100,000 retail doors and key e-commerce platforms worldwide. The entire MSC team will be joining Evriholder and will continue operating out of its Montreal facility and be shareholders in the combined platform.
