Edgewater Growth Capital Partners IV is pleased to announce that its newly formed portfolio company Deerfield Pharma Services Holdings, LLC (“Deerfield”) has recently invested in Deerfield Agency, a healthcare marketing services company. Deerfield provides a range of marketing and operational services to pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical clients including multi-channel marketing strategy and automation, creative services, analytics, digital design, media buying and management, salesforce integration and print management.

As part of the investment, Rick Riegel and Pat Blake will join Deerfield’s board of directors. Both Rick and Pat have distinguished careers as CEOs and senior executives within technology and services businesses serving the pharmaceutical and life science industries.

Deerfield is actively targeting acquisitions of niche companies serving the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.
