Edgewater Growth Capital Partners IV is pleased to announce that its portfolio company Rensa Filtration, Inc. (“Rensa” or the “Company”) has recently acquired Custom Filter, LLC (“Custom”). Custom is a well-established manufacturer of air filtration products ranging from high efficiency filters to HEPA & ULPA filters.

Rensa is a family of air filtration companies that manufacture and market best-in-class solutions that keep people safe and industries thriving. The Company is led by Brandon Ost, a highly accomplished senior executive who previously led a similar strategy in the commercial and industrial HVAC filter market at Filtration Group.

Rensa is actively targeting acquisitions of filter companies that will continue to expand the existing Rensa product portfolio.
