Judy Bishop

Judy is a highly accomplished home health and hospice executive with over 40 years of experience who has built and exited five companies in the home health and post-acute healthcare services space. Most recently, Judy served as Chair and CEO of Homecare Holdings, a previous EGCP IV portfolio company. Between 2018 to 2021, Judy built Homecare Holdings into a multi-state provider with over 3,000 clinicians, account managers, and administrative personnel across 27 branch locations.

Prior to Homecare Holdings, Judy held several executive leadership roles including CEO of Guardian Home Care (fka Texas Home Health), President of Partners Home Health, CEO of Playmaker CRM, and Founder and CEO of MedCare Health Services.
