Jeff Buck

Jeff Buck is CEO of The Unitech Group, a private equity-backed supplier of composite components for the aerospace and defense markets based in Hayden, ID. Mr. Buck is a proven senior executive with over 34 years of experience leading and growing manufacturing companies serving blue-chip aerospace, medical, military and energy clients across the U.S., Europe, and APAC. Jeff has extensive experience leading turnarounds, which he has done five times as CEO, and has strong P&L leadership experience and business development success, outpacing competition in severe downturns and growth markets through market-leading product quality, on-time delivery, customer service, and EBITDA growth.

Throughout his career, Mr. Buck has successfully navigated a variety of business climates including the dot-com bubble, 9/11, The Great Recession, and the COVID-19 Pandemic. Jeff has experience leading mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and has negotiated over $3 billion in complex long-term, global contracts.

Mr. Buck holds a B.B.A. in Business Administration from Kennedy University, is a graduate of Idaho State University and attended the Executive Management Program at the University of Washington-Michal G. Foster School of Business. In addition, Mr. Buck is a certified lean trainer.
