Jason Kopelman is a Principal with Edgewater. Jason’s responsibilities include investment sourcing, leading due diligence and financing, and working with portfolio company senior management.

Prior to joining Edgewater, Jason was a Vice President at Tyree & D’Angelo Partners, where he focused on evaluating, executing and monitoring buy-and-build investments in the lower middle market healthcare and services sector. Prior to TDP, Jason was an associate with Cressey & Company, a middle market private equity firm focused on the healthcare services sector. Jason began his career at Morgan Stanley as an investment banking analyst.

Jason received his B.A. degree, cum laude with honors in Economics from Princeton University and his M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
