Tom is a Senior Partner with Edgewater and his responsibilities include sourcing, evaluating and executing new platform investments and add-on acquisition opportunities.

Previously, Tom sourced, evaluated, and structured direct private capital investments for Duchossois Capital Management, a Chicago-based family office. Prior to joining Duchossois, Tom was a Principal at Baird Capital Partners, mid-market private equity firm. Prior to Baird, he was a Senior Associate at Chicago Growth Partners, and he began his career in investment banking at Lehman Brothers.

Tom is a Board Member and Treasurer of the not-for profit 21st Century Dads Foundation. In 2010, Tom co-founded the not-for-profit Twin Hearts Autism Foundation with his wife Irene, which they ran for 10 years. Tom received a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago and an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
