Edgewater Growth Capital Partners IV is pleased to announce that its portfolio company ACW Flex Pack, LLC (“Flex Pack”) has acquired Bag Pack, Inc. (“Bag Pack”). Bag Pack is a custom converter of polyethylene bags (security and mailers), pouches and specialty flexible packaging products for a variety of markets.

Flex Pack is led by Scott Myers, a highly accomplished senior executive who has strong executive leadership and operational experience in the packaging industry.

Flex Pack is actively targeting acquisitions in the flexible packaging industry.
